    Hi all,

I’ve made an edit in fcp 7 (with Alexa prores footage in LogC). The edit will be sent to a colorist. The post production house wants an edl, the fcp project file and the footage (no media manager export or anything).
On some shots we’ve used speed ramp effects (using twixtor), and one keyed shot. How do I deliver these shots? Do I export them as separate quicktimes and use those in my edit or…?

    Thank you for your time!

You will have to make the footage you used TWIXTOR on full res…do the effects on it…and then give them the full res footage.

Or…don’t listen to me and ask THEM how to proceed. As an online editor, I would really like it if the offline editors talked to me, and not someone else, about how to make the online go smoother.

It does appear to be the most logical and obvious solution and I’ll follow your advise and give them a call before I put the files on the transport disk. Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your help!
