After I import closed captioning into my sequence, it displays just fine. When I export it to file, I’m unable to see it in a media player.

I was wondering if there’s a specific way I need to export my sequence so that the CC will appear in a media player, ensuring that, when I pass it along to our guys putting it to tape, it will appear on the tape appropriately.

    Thanks ahead for any guidance.

So, basically, you can’t export a video file with captioning data? It only goes to hardware?

    Not without CPC software.

Does anyone know if Adobe is planing on implementing proper subtitles support for their products? I’m talking about ASS, SRT or SSA files.
