Export ALL frames from FCP
Hi There,
I am trying to export ALL frames from a 2.5minute film in FCP (ver6.06)
I do not want to export just a single freeze frame but the whole film as a set of stills – each and every frame in one batch if possible.
I want to produce a print of the frames.
Does anyone know how to do this? Any advice or suggestions much appreciated.

Mark the out point on your timeline. Send the play head to the beginning and mark the in-point.
You go to the top menu and FILE.EXPORT> Using QTconversion. Then the save window comes up. It defaults to to FORMAT: QUICKTIME MOVIE, but if you click Quicktime movie, you get a list of options that includes “IMAGE SEQUENCE”. That’s what you want. A sequence of images. You’ll want to save them to a dedicated folder.
I have found that I get best results on this if the play head is parked at the very start of the highlighted area, otherwise, sometimes the sequence begins rendering from wherever you left the play head, instead of the start.
