Export a single frame?
How can I export or render the current frame in AE7?
The only way I’ve been able to figure out so far is set the work area to the single frame then add it to the render queue. A real PITA.

Hi Dave,
CTRL+Alt+S Or Composition>Save Frame As>File. just make sure your timeline is active.
