Hi,
I need to export a movie file small enough to email for approval. It’s a 30 second hd spot. I have a 10 meg limit at work.
What is the best export setting for that?

PIck a h.264 setting and adjust the data rate to about 2,500k (2.5 megabits) It should look ‘okay’ (not great) and be under the 10 meg barrier.
