export 25p sequence as 60i
Does Premiere do this well? Else what would be the best technique?
We need to take shows originated and edited in 25p and master for North American broadcast @60i.

The best technique is to have it run through a hardware standards converter like a Terranex. Find a post facility that does that, or if you all have the know how, buy one from blackmagicdesign.com.

wil they accept a 4% slowdown to 23.976 then a 3:2 pulldown? no optical conversion doing that.
