Exploding picture effect

I am having difficulties figuring out how to do an exploding picture. I had downloaded that effect years back with an earlier edition of SV, but I can’t for the life of me remember where I got it.

I am not looking for a composited video explosion. I am looking for a way to explode the picture into pieces. I think it was 3d and I could adjust for how many pieces I wanted it to blow up into, and I could add spin to the pieces etc.

I’m using SV13 if that helps. If anyone knows how to do that or what I need to get to create that effect, I would really appreciate it.

Boris Continuum Complete (BCC) for Sony Vegas has this effect in their transition package.

Thanks everyone. I can’t afford the Boris at 695.00 and I downloaded Wax, but it doesn’t work on SV13. Any other recommendations?
