  Experience on multi media hard drives

  Although the video quality I obtain when I export my HD movies to tape is perfect I have brief periods during which either the picture freezes or the screen turns blue (see previous post #889050), consequently I am trying to save the movies as 1440 x 1080 MPEG2 file using the Adobe Media Encoder. In this respect I would like to use a multi media hard drive. Could you please share your experience about the available HDV compatible muti media drives. Many thanks
