No. You could write a script to do this but there is no way in the Vegas interface to expand takes into tracks.

The problem I have with multicam is that I have properly aligned the multiple tracks so that they are in synch before using multicam. Multicam then removes the separate tracks when it is invoked. To overcome this problem, I duplicate the tracks and null the duplicate before invoking multicam. Then I can always return to the original synchronized tracks.

Too bad about not being able to return to 2 tracks. Unless I’m missing something, it sounds like a great flaw.
