I have a 4 sec clip. I need to expand it out to 8 seconds to make it work for the voice over.
A slow motion effect is fine if necessary.

But I have not fingered out how to do this.
    Any help would be great
    Thanks

In FCP double-click the clip in the timeline and in the Motion tab of the Viewer open the Time Remap twirly and set the time to 8:00. Make sure Frame Blending is on. Then render.
