Expanding an object only in one direction
Hello, guys.
I want to question how to select only parts of areas in the object and expand them in one direction while still remaining the other parts of the object the same, as shown in the video.
I will delete the video as soon as I solve the problem.Thank you so much in advance!

Use the direct selection tool instead of the object selection tool.
