Exception: SFPlayConsumer::Execute TIMEOUT
Hi there,
I am experiencing this issue. Running Media Composer 6.0.1 on Lion 10.7.2, I am AMA’ing some P2 AVCHD footage and come across this error message every few minutes. It doesn’t crash the system, but is quite annoying. This is from the Avid console after the error message comes up…
PlayerHostThread::CheckForExceptions: Exception: SFPlayConsumer::Execute TIMEOUT
Exception caught in APlayer::Play – Exception: SFPlayConsumer::Execute TIMEOUT
ERROR: VDM3BOBVideoOut::Cleanup() – BOB has not displayed frame after 2000 ms! (enabled = true)
mDefaultImageBounds.mNumFields == 0; sfo set to false
This problem has started coming up after a clean install of Lion and Avid MC 6.0.1. Before, when I upgraded 5.5 to 6, and then to 6.0.1, I did not have this problem.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I really wish Avid would make error messages make sense so that we as editors are able to actually properly troubleshoot them.
