I would like to know where I can download the example file of this book.
In the book tell us that we can download it in he webpage elsevierdirect.com/companions/9780240809366, but it doesn’t work. Is there another webpage?.

I have the book also and it’s done wonders for my understanding of expressions. I just copied and pasted your link and it worked fine for me. I’m in the US, so I click the US map and it opens up the files needed without a problem.
