    Exact size for graphics in anamorphic projects?

    I am working on a spot which opens and closes with a title card/super, and I need to give the art director an exact size. My guess was 864×486 and that seemed pretty close, but was just wondering what others know about this.

    16+9=1.777777777778
    864+486=1.777777777778

    So that’s it. And to double check photoshop has a preset which is the same. Wide NTSC 601.

    Thanks, guess I got it right, although I did my math a little differently we both got to the same place.

    Good to know about the PS setting!
