    Exact Bit Rate

    I’ve got a client who wants the following outputs with the exact bit rates..

    output a:
    size: 2670 x 2160
    bit rate: 4.0

    output b:
    size: 890 x 720
    bit rate: 2.0

    output c:
    size: 480×480
    bit rate: 0.3

    Now I’ve tried to export this in media encoder for output a and it’s always not exactly 4.0 when viewing info window in quicktime. Now I know this has something to do with Audio Rate as well? Does anyone know of a good app to calculate the Mbps and Combined audio rate so when you open it, its exactly 4.0 Mbps.

    This client is really fussy and wants “Exact” Bit rate.

    Your client is off base here, not going to get an EXACT bit rate all the time, it fluctuates a little. They are also asking for some weird frame sizes…
