EX3 won’t turn off and can’t leave media window
I’m new to the EX3. I don’t own, it belongs to the TV station I intern at. For some reason, the camera is stuck in the media menu. The thumbnail menu just stays there; even when I put it in the off position and in camera position. I can’t shoot anything with the camera and it won’t turn off unless I take the battery off. Please help!

sounds like the button is broken. It switches, but inside it doesn’t. You probably know that by now but I think it needs servicing. I also had the problem with an ex1 rental.

Yes, we are convinced that the button is broken. The cam’s been used so much, that we figured that something like that was inevitable. Thanks.
