EX3 wont connect via USB
I have an EX3 that I have had for years. Today, when I connect the USB, it doesn’t give me the opportunity to Execute the USB, thus I can’t upload files to FCP. I had someone working with the camera the last shoot and I noticed he changed a few menu items. I have gone through manual and don’t see anything that says this can be turned off. I hope someone has an answer because I have a shoot this afternoon and need the space. Not to mention I have no other way to bring in footage.

if all else fails…try a re-set of the camera….sounds like something was done to the camera.

Thank you. I am the producer and the photographer is not here. Is re-setting the camera easy? Sorry for the ignorance, but I’m not sure of how to do that, I will look at manual too.

yes, its in the manual…the last listing on the drop down menu….good luck…under camera reset….
