ex3 reconnect problems
Process:
file transferred BPAV from cards to HD
Imported to FCP.
Edited seamlessly
Moved BPAV files to another HD to free up space
could not reconnect files but I could re-import them manually
what am I doing wrong?Tim Reed

You can only reconnect to the import (mov) files associated with the sonyEDcam import function on the FCP.These files can be transferred among the hard drives and reconnected. If the BPAV files are reimported and they are then independent of the original mov files. the reconnect function does not distinguish between BPAV files and MOV files in the search mode.
