  im getting ready to jump into hd and get this cam.
  any users of it yet? what does everyone think about the shoulder mount adaptors for it?
  ive seen on at westsidevideo that seems to be the most basic, yet effective design.

  also,
  im looking to get a good led light for it, ive heard most are daylight and you have to get a filter to shoot for 3200. other than lite panels which are pretty pricey, any suggestions on a good one to go with.

  lastly,
  what are your impressions of the lcd/viewfindner on the r.
  ive heard of some users buying the hoodman loupe and using the lcd instead of the viewfinder. is the vf on the r not that great
