ex1r deleted footage not recognized
Hello, I am wondering if any of you guys has had this problem before.
I recorded a video on 2 cards and after finishing the recording I copied the one of the cards to the computer and formatted the card. When I wanted to transfer the files with xdcam transfer I copied the files to the card as they were before formatting, but xdcam wouldn’t recognize this part of the recording now. Any idea what might be the problem?

SxS memory cards use FAT32 formatting. Not NTFS (WIndows) and not Mac OS Extended. Even if you did format the card using FAT32 on your computer a lot of times an EX camera just doesn’t like anything formatting the media except the camera itself. So format the card again using the camera and then use it to transfer your media.
