  EX1 mp4 clips on Macbook pro -the movie contains some invalid content

  Hello all,
  I downloaded some Ex1 clips from another forum, and when i try to play them on my system whith Leopard, FCP 6.02, and with the SxS device driver, and XDCAM Transfer 2.1 foogate installed, Quicktime player and FCP say: the movie contains some invalid content.
  I can play them on VLC player however.
  Any ideas what im missing?

  Also If i point FCP to the folder containging the clips via the Import XDCAM menu, the sony import window shows the folder but it shows up as empty. Any ideas how to do this in FCP?
