  EX to Quicktime on a PC?

  Is there a software that will convert the EX’s native mp4 files to quicktime that can be used in After Effects? I am able to import the movies into Premiere CS3, and they play fine in Premier, however on export to quicktime (or anything for that matter) I am getting black pulses throughout the video. I have tried almost every format and codec I have…all with the same results. Am I missing something?
