Probably just being stupid but… when I try to move my gain setting switch(L, M, H) to change gain it says
can not proceed.(in view finder of camera, not the voice in my head!)

    What am I doing wrong!?

    Thanks in advance!

Probably a stupid question on my behalf, but did you make sure that the Full Auto Mode is turned Off?

Is the camera set for a Profile?

In your camera’s menu under “Other” there’s an item called Direct Menu. It can be set either for “part” or “all”. Switch it to “part”. You should have control of your camera back.
