Ever seen this error in PPro?
I get this before the project loads.
I lost audio on my iMac. I restarted and everything was fine. Now PPro has crashed about 5 times and 3 times I got this message below.

/Volumes/DPF Main/Visaul Peacemaking Prezo/Production/Project/Focus~recover.prprojAudio Filter missing: Internal Volume Mono

Any ideas? Or secret knowledge?

I received this on a recent project. Windows 8, PPro CS6, no crashes; it appeared after closing and reopening a project.
I trashed preferences with no luck.
It only affected one clip so I deleted the “offline effect” in the effects panel and replaced it with the volume effect as it should be.
