I have multiple clips (around 20) on one video track line. Is there a way to apply a crop to the entire track rather than going into each individual clip?

I don’t think so, but you can crop one, save it as a preset, the apply it to each. Little faster that way.

Click on the first event to select it, apply Pan/Crop to the first event, right-click it and select Copy, right-click again and choose Select Events to End, right-click one last time and select Paste Event Attributes.

Alternately, you can save all the tracks you want as a new project, then nest that project into your main project and you can crop it just like any other piece of media.
