Event Attributes
I’m color correcting video and once I get the correction I need, I copy to other clips with similar color problems. The problem that I’m having is that when I correct the event and replay it the color changes as if it’s keyframed. For instance, let’s say the video is too red and I apply color correction to it and it now has the right skin tone. When I play it back, it goes from red to the correct skin tone instead of as if it’s keyframed. I know there a simple solution but I can’t figure it out. I’d appreciate any feedback.

I figured it out. I need to select the entire event. I knew once I posted this message I would come up with an answer.

Yes it’s easy to forget that the Synch Cursor button has been left activated.
When I remember, which is most of the time, I always turn it off again once I’ve finished doing a deliberately keyframed sequence, so that I don’t set up an inadvertent keyframe as you seem to have done!

Geez! Whish I had a $ for everytime I’ve done that in the past. Do the same now, turn off sync cursor everytime when finished with a keyframe sequence.

Yeah .. me too . .And also when I pick a CC FX to start with, I NOW make sure I haven’t picked one that has ALREADY been altered! Oh yes, I’ve banjaxed myself with THAT one too! And not on one occasion either!
