I’ve got some keys laid down for a simple circle graphic that’s moving along a specific path. Imagine, if you will, a dot moving along a schematic of a complex plumbing system. The problem I’m having is that the movement along the path is very uneven, so the dot moves quickly at some points and slower at other points. I’ve tried manually moving the keys around so the movement of the dot is as even as possible, but it’s really tedious. Ideally, what I’d like to do is select all of my Position key frames and enable some feature that will make the shape move at an even speed along the entire path. Maybe said feature re-spaces my keys for me, or maybe it ignores conventional interpolation altogether. Either way is fine as long as my shape moves at a constant speed and I don’t have to manually futs with the spacing of my keys to get the effect I’m after.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Dustin

Nevermind, I figured it out. Roving keyframes are my new friend.
