Errors importing media with ipcm audio into catdv
Hey all – We just got the sony FX3 and it records XAVC S HD with IPCM audio. When importing the media into CatDV, clips shot in S&Q with uncompressed audio are viewable for playback, but clips shot at normal speed with ipcm audio yield a white screen and cannot playback. When attempting to open these clips in VLC player, a decoder warning appears and says it “cannot decode the format ipcm”.
Anyone have any ideas on getting CatDV to decode clips with ipcm audio?

You can try one of the following:
update CatDV,check codec support, consider converting the audio to a different format, or contact Sony or CatDV support for further assistance.
