    hello all at the cow,

i was having these two errors lately and i have no idea what they mean. searched for them but couldn’t find them posted on the board…i originally was trying to recompress a bad quicktime file when these errors started happening, so i thought it might’ve just been that qt file. but now i’m starting a logo animation freelance job on it and when i try to render tests, the same errors are coming up. anyone know what this is and how to solve it?

    How’s your troubleshooting going?

    – find out what the erroneous projects have in common
    – remove/change/disable different elements (footage, effects, etc.) from the AE projects to see if anything changes
    – copy/save your pref files somewhere else, then delete them and relaunch AE

    Let us know …
    Steve
