  error with uploading video to adobe prem

  For a long time I have been able to upload footage to APP with no problems at all. Now for some reason when I upload footage it only uploads about 2% of the entire amount and it only plays in extreme slow mo, mayb like a frame every 5 seconds.

  As far as im aware I havent changed any of the settings for it to do this. Is there any checks I can perform to see if something has happened? does anyone recognise this issue? Or is reinstall the best method?
