  error when transcoding RED footage to DNx

  Hello,

  I’m trying to create DNxHR LB proxies for some RED footage but the transcoding process stops suddenly and I get the following error:

  exception: AMAProducerTask::AMA Plug-in Unable to Provide Sample

  I have the RED plug-in downloaded and installed so I have no idea why it is not allowing me to do something so simple.

  Any idea why this is happening?
