It looks like a permissions problem with the file system. It’s saying the file either doesn’t exist or you don’t have permissions to open it. Is it already open in another program?

BTW, please post images using the forums image upload button so people don’t have to download ZIP files and open them to see what you mean.

Ok. Well, I definitely have permissions, it’s under a USB drive nested inside some folders

Try copying it to your internal hard drive and see if that helps.
