Error when I copy media files from one hard drive to another.
Lately when I try to copy mov files that are larger than 4 gig, I get an error message 1390. Anyone have any Ideas how to correct this?

Sounds like the new drive is formatted FAT32. It should be formatted MacOS Extended. use the Disk Utility to ERASE the drive and format it properly.
