  Error – sound component

  When I try to render a movie with audio I get an error message that says “After Effects error opening Sound Component (-2166).” This also happens when rendering a bit from the timeline. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

  I am using version 5.5 on a G4 and the audio file is on a seperate internal hard drive.
