Activity Forums Adobe After Effects Error on text presets?

    have you tried applying the preset within after effects? there may be something in the after effects preset that doesn’t work in bridge.

    No I have not.

    It worked within AE.

    How come?? I mean it used to work a coupl of months ago…

    if you are opening bridge from ae (as the 1st solution suggests) then resetting the bridge pref by either removing it from the prefs folder, or holding the option key while starting bridge sounds like it may help… i’m not sure if the poster was referring to a mac or pc ‘option key’, so that may require some trial and error.

    Hi Kevin.

    Im on a pc, I dont know which key coresponds to the mac option key, I tried the “Alt Gr” key, but no luck…

    i just tried it on my mac… choosing animation>browse presets from ae while holding the option key brought up the options reset the prefs.

    i believe the option key on a mac is the alt key on a pc, but i may be wrong on that….
