  Error on avi and quicktime?

  Hi

  I have this problem with Encore CS3:
  I can`t load avi or quicktime movies into Encore, I get this message:

  Adobe Encore has encountered an error. [….SrcWinWinPathUtils.ccp-427]

  then I click ok and get this:

  The software that`s used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.

  I have no problems to load a m2v file from AE.
  But i get a bad quality output on my DVD.

  Hope someone can help me :o)
