    Recently I have been trying to animate a 2D texture layer with the wiggler. But when I select the Key frames and then hit apply I get an error message that says “After Effects Error: interpolation method not allowed for this stream (2) (29::13). I tried to fix this problem within the animation options but I have had no luck. If anyone could help me out with this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like you may have an Expression for those keyframes. Either delete the Expression or better yet disable it to ensure that you don’t need it.
