  • Error in video when render and compressing too H264 MP4

Posted by Kasper Nyman on April 19, 2011 at 6:51 am

Hello people, lately I’ve been having a small issue with my Mp4 files. When played in Quciktime, VLC, Preview (MAC) the whole video jumps, flickers or lacking.

It only does that when I compressed the files to Mp4 with Media Encoder from Adobe, It has never done this before, so I’m clueless?

    Hope someone can help me!

Ps. All my projects are render out from After Effects with animation or None.

    Installed any new codecs lately?

No nothing, it just started to act wierd with two projects, the rest is working just fine!

I am having the same issue. Don’t recall installing anything new. I checked and rechecked. It only does this when rendering to H264 MP4 files. Exporting to prores and stuff still works. VERY FRUSTRATING though. Never had this issue before.
