  • Error in Blu Ray when using set subtitle track

For some reason the blu ray I’ve created doesn’t work in all players. My client has been frustrated it doesn’t work in his.

    I’m using DVD architect 7 I believe.

I have a menu that turns the subtitles on like so
    Set Subtitle Track | 1-English

But on some blu ray players this does nothing. I know as well DVD scripts do not work and there is no way to program scripts on a blu ray.

    In some players the
    Set Subtitle Track | off
is the only one that doesn’t work

This mainly seems to be a problem with blu ray player software on windows, but since my client got the physical disc I’m guessing they checked with a physical player.

I don’t have any other authoring software, as my license for CS6 was apparently not a real license and a pirated one that I paid for, and Encore has been cut from adobe CC. But I can’t imagine the implementation there being different.

Other software with full features I’ve seen has costed thousands of dollars, and is just not worth it for how few discs I get ordered.
