ERROR ERROR ERROR reporting! – how to stop it.
Is there ANY way to stop AE whinging on about errors?
I keep getting “blah blah blah this “.mp4″ file is damaged or unsupported”Which it isn’t because the project/codec is absolutely fine on the other workstations.
But the workstation I want to use use has decided to get it’s chips in a twist about mp4s.So I don’t want to update the files(s) or reinstall Windows etc.
I just want to turn error reporting off.
Can’t we just have a console window where errors are spat out instead of having to throw up a whole window to click on each time?

I’m going to guess that workstation doesn’t have the particular codec the other workstations do.
And no, there’s no hide warnings option (that I know of), but Adobe do have an ideas portal where you could request a console.
In the short term, can you convert the troublesome MP4 to a format your workstation will accept?
