Error during batch render
Hi all,
I’m trying to use the batch render script in Sony Vegas. I’ve got a series of regions set up on the timeline. When I run the batch render script, Vegas will render the first region fine but then halts with this error:
Warning: An error occurred while creating the media file Clip1.m2tsSony AVC-MVC_ 1920×1080-60i.m2ts.
A device does not exist.Details:
The playback device Microsoft Sound Mapper does not support the current output format.

The playback device Microsoft Sound Mapper does not exist.I click OK and behind it is another error window:
An error ocured during the execution of the script C:Program FilesSonyVegas Pro 11.0Script MenuBatch Render.cs.
Exception thrown by method called.
Details: If the detail is important, I’ll try to grab it next time the error occurs.
I don’t use the soundcard on this system. I’m using a USB wireless stereo headset for audio playback. I tried all three options for the audio device setting in the Vegas preference: Microsoft Sound Mapper, Direct Sound Surround Mapper and Windows Classic Wave Driver. I get the same error for all three except for the name of the sound mapper.
Anybody familiar with this problem and know of a solution?
Thank you.
