  Error during Advanced Pulldown Removal.

  I shot in 24p Advanced and Captured it at 29:97 fps. Then I click on the clips and hit TOOLS> Remove Advanced Pulldown. Sometimes it runs for about five minutes and the is no message box. Other times it runs for 1 min, and I get an Error message saying “unable to find clips with advanced pulldown to process”.
  Everything was shot in 24p ADV so does the error message mean I should recapture everything ?
  Is it going to hurt my project if some pulldown has been removed and some haven’t?
  Any explanation would be much appreciated,
