    Hi I have been trying to find out what this is. My deck died out and panasonic has not got back with me on a answer. Can someone help me out please. Also does anyone know a place in LA to get it fixed at.

    ag-dv 2000p the older BIGGER one.

    Hmm, not sure about that one. Do you have a manual to search for the error codes?

    As far as repair, you might have to send it to New Jersey.
