  Error Code 339973

  I am having trouble with making a DVD, I’ve nevr had this problem before but when I click burn dvd it ejects the disk and then this note comes up:

  Device Error – Sense Code(5 30 05) – Cannot Write Medium – Incompatible Format – Write (OS Error 339973)

  Any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks!!
