• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  error -2048?

  We have a large uncompressed video file from final cut pro 4, of about 16 GB that’s decided to change to 1.6 GB and give us an error (-2048 when trying to open in quicktime)

  this is more of a quicktime error although it the file won’t open in final cut either.

  We’ve opened the file only a couple days ago just fine. Very confusing???

  love some advice as to how we recover this file.
