You can share anything in the public folder of your Dropbox. (Everything else is private). Just put the file into the /Public folder, right click on the file, and select Dropbox in the drop-down menu and click on “Copy Public Link”. You can safely share that link with anyone.

I’ve tried every tool in my kit and nothing opens the file. Looks like you have a bad file.

That was my thoughts too. Do you know of any software that might be able to rebuild/repair it?

None that I am aware of – I think you have to go back to the source.
