erratic frame rate
I shot with a Canon XL1 and downloaded the clips to my editing computer using Premiere Pro 2.0. Still using Premiere, I checked the properties of the video clips and found out that they have frame rates of 29.95, 29.7, 29.93, 29.97, etc. I never bothered to check the frame rate before since I already know that I captured at 29.97. Should I worry? Is this normal? Thanks and God bless.
