    Erasing Text Like on a Chalkboard

    Hi,

    I need to find a way to simulate text being erased as though on a chalkboard.

    I have used the write-on effect to have the text written on.

    Essentially I want to do the same thing to erase the text, but I would like to have the erase effect done in more of a haphazard way.

    Use AE’s Eraser Brush. Add Roughen Edges.
