Equalizing cartoon footage
So basically I used the photoshop cutout for each scene and made a video that looks ok but I would like to improve it a bit. Thing is cutout looks nice on a single frame but in motion there is color variation and it looks clunky like those old 70/80ies cartoons.
I’m wondering if theres any software or AE plugin that could like stabilize the whole thing, I like the the way cutout changes the colors i would just like the whole video to be more fluid and have a softer look. Any ideas?thank you -

auto white balance, deflicker per frame, enable text layer to see where 25%/sweet spot is.
