  Equalizer effect

  Hi
  i have a 5X10 square videos of people holding cards and move them up
  i want to create an equalizer effect of the people and on some squares just the videos of the people showing the black cards
  so it looks like an equalizer
  i can control this using the time remapping but i dont think that keyframing each layer by itself is the right way
  i guess some kind of expression will work here
  what do you guys suggest?
